Over time, that practice evolved into AIMcDonnaugh, a firm focused on providing comprehensive financial guidance to working individuals, families, and retirees.

Andre McDonnaugh is responsible for portfolio management and sales & marketing at Delphin Investments. He is also the founder and CEO of AIMcDonnaugh & Co.Inc., with over 30 years of investment management experience. Mr. McDonnaugh began his career as a stock analyst for company retail and small business clients and worked as a financial planner providing pension and retirement consultations for teachers and New York City employees and for R&R Financial Planners. Starting in 1992 McDonnaugh worked as a trader/broker at Jaron Equities, assisting the company and retail investors’ capital raise of $35 million. In 1997 McDonnaugh joined North Ridge Securities assisting small businesses as a financial planner and portfolio manager before he took on the role of Registered Investment Advisor at Royal Alliance Associates in the AIG advisor group. While working for AIG, Mr. McDonnaugh managed retirement assets for teachers and New York City employees on a retail basis, specializing in Mid-Cap growth stocks and fixed income securities in Biotech, IT Cloud computer and energy space. Mr. McDonnaugh received his MBA in Finance from Molloy College, his BA in computer information systems and marketing from the University of Miami, and his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER designation from Adelphi University. Mr. McDonnaugh holds Series 6, 7, 24, 63 Securities licenses and Life, Health ,Property and Casualty Insurance licenses.

Director and Investment Advisor Representative with Mcdonnaugh Securities LLC, helping clients choose, investments, and manage their financial plans, with moderate risk while offering safe investments and excellent returns. Additional responsibilities include research and analysis of Equities, Mutual Fund, ETF’s and various investments for client portfolios. The main goal was to perform in-depth securities research that help clients make well-informed decisions on what types of investments along with the best asset allocation for them and their families. Also emphasizes the need for flexibility in your investment plans as your goals and needs change. Graduated with a Bachelor’s in Finance degree from SUNY College at Old Westbury and a Master of Business Management (MBA) from Adelphi University. Has earned, FINRA series 7 and series 63 registrations and the NY State insurance, Annuities, and Life and Health license. Previously, worked as Registered Representative with AXA Advisors LLC.

Guy-Max Delphin

After over twelve years of investment experience, Guy-Max Delphin opened Delphin Investments. Currently, he is the Senior Portfolio Manager heading Fundamental Research and Macro/Top-Down overlay. Mr. Delphin’s extensive experience includes the Yale-New Haven Health System as a leading Investment Strategist, Senior Analyst at Fortis Investments, and Senior Associate of Equity Research in the Small-Cap Industrials group, a division of Jefferies & Company, Inc. Mr. Delphin also held an Associate Analyst position within the Prudential Equity Group, LLC. Early in his career, Guy-Max functioned as a quantitative analyst in the Investment Product Design and Risk Management Group divisions of OppenheimerFunds, Inc. In 2012, he joined the NYC Special Education Collaborative, an organization working with charter schools advocating sustainable, high-quality special education programs. Mr. Delphin is on the Stony Brook Foundation Board of Trustees and serves as Chair of the College of Business Advisory Board. His philanthropic activities focus on education and healthcare. Mr. Delphin received a M.S. in Financial Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of NYU, in addition to B.S. degrees in both Applied Mathematics and Economics from Stony Brook University.
Subhrajit Goon

Subhrajit Goon is a Registered Financial Advisor with McDonnaugh Securities LLC based in New Jersey. Subhrajit has over 8 years of options and futures trading experience.
His main focus has been on utilizing various options strategies in selling options in highly liquid underlying, taking advantage of high implied volatility, generating high probability of profit, theta decay and implied volatility crush. Apart from options trading, Subhrajit has a breath of experience in trading and scalping CME Micro, Mini and Small Exchange futures products.
Subhrajit earned his MS in Mechanical Engineering from University of Mississippi and MBA from Xavier University, Williams College of Business, Cincinnati, Ohio. He holds FINRA Series 7, Series 65, Series 63, SIE and New Jersey State Life, Accident and Health Insurance licenses.

Albert Neubert

Albert is a consultant in the index business field where he develops new indexes, index-linked products, marketing and sales campaigns, business development programs and event planning for clients. His clients have included BitaData, AllIndex, 2ndVote Advisors, Sydney Futures Exchange, Calvert Group, INDXX, Euromoney/Institutional Investor, Cantor Fitzgerald, FTSE, KLD Research & Analytics, Nasdaq, Renaissance Capital Management, Dow Jones Indexes, STOXX, IHS Global, Cryptoworld, Fidelity Investments and Vestek Systems.
Previously, Albert served as chief investment officer for SGQR, Inc., a financial technology firm, where he provided leadership and guidance on risk managed, alternative weighted portfolio solutions. He also led SGQR’s business development efforts in the public fund and institutional investment management markets.
Prior to SGQR, Albert was a financial advisor for Merrill Lynch, based in the Kingston, New York branch office. He specialized in institutional and high net worth accounts. His practice focus was risk management and asset allocation executed with low-cost index-linked solutions.
Albert is the former Executive Director of the Index Business Association, a trade group representing the global index, indexing and index products industry. The Index Business Association was an independently operated unit of Information Management Network (IMN), a division of Euromoney/Institutional Investor. Albert also was Director of Business Development, Information Management Network, where he was responsible for relationship management in the public retirement system sector. Other responsibilities included the creation and implementation of new conference programs and the development of innovative educational solutions for public retirement plans.
Mr. Neubert is considered one of the world’s leading authorities on index development and maintenance protocols. Mr. Neubert has authored articles on index-related topics for publication in financial periodicals and books, including “Professional Perspectives on Indexing,” “Index Design and Implications for Index Tracking,” and “Indexing for Maximum Investment Results.” He holds Series 7, 63 and 66 licenses. He is also a frequent speaker at industry conferences and seminars. Mr. Neubert is also a guest lecturer at the State University at Albany, New York and the Military Academy at West Point. Mr. Neubert holds a BA in Finance from Pace University and an MBA from New York University.
